Nilo is the founder, owner, and cake artist of Velvet Dulce Fusión. For her, baking is a way to share warmth, express her creativity, and bring people together.
Her Colombian and Venezuelan roots and family traditions inspire the flavors and care she brings to her work. That love of baking continues to shape her journey, from an idea for a celebration to the details of a finished cake.
She loves the artistry of custom cakes: choosing colors, shaping flowers, and finishing each detail by hand. Just as important is listening to the person behind the celebration, so the cake feels personal and becomes part of a memory worth keeping.
